About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Select Offshore, a leading industry player in Renewable Energy and Offshore and Marine recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in our perm division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in our perm division
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and referencing candidates, and building strong relationships with them
  • Lead executive search projects across the globe, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Create a seamless and memorable candidate and client experience
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain a strong network of contacts
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of clients and candidates
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve top-biller status
Requirements
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of business development and account growth
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment environment, with a strong understanding of the Renewable Energy and Offshore and Marine sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • A team player with a strong desire to become a leader and contribute to the growth and success of our company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
