Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions within Pharmacy Quality Control and Aseptic Services.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on all innovation and service developments, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Spearhead the enhancement of Environmental Monitoring Services, leveraging your microbiological expertise to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects, guiding technical experts to achieve successful outcomes while adhering to GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with service managers and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic vision for our services, ensuring essential aspects are in place to support ongoing success.
- Foster a culture of excellence within the team, motivating and empowering colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Manage operational quality teams effectively, upholding rigorous safety standards, controlling expenditure, and maintaining optimal staffing levels.
- Develop and mentor staff within the Quality Control Laboratory and Aseptic Services, fostering a deep understanding of scientific principles and practices.
