Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Roslyn Court development in Ely, Cambridgeshire. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
- Support and encourage residents to participate in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.
- Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
- Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
- Located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
- Minimum of 1 year of UK Health and Social care experience.
- Warm and friendly individual with experience of working in a care or support environment.
- Passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy work setting.
