Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth and expanding our presence in the UK and European markets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow revenue in line with company expectations.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with operations, customer services, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of new business and existing account requirements.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the fast-moving distribution sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style and format to suit customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, spot trends, and make recommendations to customers.
- Knowledge of 3PL services, including fulfilment, and experience selling within pallet networks (desirable).
