Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Octapharma Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient supply chain operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall business process.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders and ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, providing timely updates and resolving issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Generate and manage documentation, such as invoices, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently, updating inventory records to reflect returned items.
- Assist in various supply chain activities to ensure the safe and timely arrival of products, monitoring inventory levels and assisting in inventory management.
- Education to A-level standard or equivalent.
- Good customer service skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with IT systems, including SAP, Excel, and EQMS.
