Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at Octapharma Limited. This role will be based in our central Manchester office and will report to the Operations Manager.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and providing excellent customer service. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately enter and verify customer orders, ensuring timely and correct order fulfilment.
  • Customer Communication: Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, providing timely updates and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Generate and manage documentation, such as invoices, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Returns Management: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, updating inventory records as necessary.
  • Support Supply Chain Activities: Assist in various supply chain activities, ensuring the safe and timely arrival of products, and monitoring inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Educated to A 'level standard or equivalent.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT systems (SAP, Excel, EQMS).
