TRIGO Specialist Resourcing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Automotive and Heavy Transportation industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for selected strategic accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Business Development & Account Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, introducing TRIGO's full portfolio of services and developing strategic account plans to drive business growth.
- Project Coordination & Support: Oversee the successful execution of service delivery, working closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and addressing any service delivery issues in a timely manner.
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales roles focused on selling consulting services.
- Strong operational background in the Automotive sector, with hands-on experience in understanding manufacturing processes, APQP, and product launch activities.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers on the shop floor, quickly grasping their operational challenges and translating these insights into tailored service solutions.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving business growth through consultative selling.
