We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Support Specialist to join our team at Itarle. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ranging from Global Investment banks to specialist Brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to clients, including answering questions about algorithm behavior and performance, covering both European and US hours.
- Troubleshoot FIX and connectivity problems to ensure seamless trading operations.
- Evaluate and communicate the performance of algorithms, providing execution consultancy to clients.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling existing Itarle products to clients and identify new prospects.
- Communicate client feedback to product teams to help develop and improve our products.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of electronic trading, including Algorithmic Trading and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Contribute to the expansion of the Itarle brand globally, while supporting the growth of our UK operations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of Algorithmic Trading and Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA).
- Passion for electronic trading and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and our product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol and UNIX scripting.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in one of the other EU languages a plus.
