Itarle is a leading provider of algorithmic trading services to global investment banks and specialist brokers. We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our UK operations and contribute to the expansion of our brand globally.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide real-time support to our sell-side clients, including answering questions about algorithm behavior and performance, troubleshooting FIX and connectivity problems, and evaluating and communicating performance of algorithms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot FIX and connectivity problems, and work with our development team to resolve issues.
  • Evaluate and communicate the performance of our algorithms, and provide execution consultancy to our clients.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling existing Itarle products to clients and identifying new prospects.
  • Communicate client feedback to our product teams to help develop and improve our products.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic trading coverage or support, including knowledge of algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis (TCA).
  • A passion for electronic trading and a willingness to develop a deep knowledge of the marketplace and our product.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to build relationships with clients and team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of the FIX protocol and UNIX scripting.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in one of the other EU languages a plus.
