Overview:

As a result of ongoing expansion, Kinetic Office Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our esteemed financial services client. This role is pivotal in assisting the CEO to enhance operational efficiency and improve client service delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO, Advisers, and Paraplanners to ensure that client requirements are effectively addressed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble meeting materials for the CEO to facilitate reviews and presentations for new business acquisition.
  • Draft and send Post Meeting Correspondence.
  • Execute fund transfers and prepare associated documentation.
  • Generate performance analysis charts for inclusion in presentation materials.
  • Prepare protection comparison reports, quotes, and manage application processes.
  • Gather pertinent information through notes or written communication, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
  • Schedule Drawdown Reviews, ensuring that State Pension Forecasts are obtained prior to meetings.
  • Complete trust documentation in accordance with established guidelines and resources.
  • Lead initiatives related to new administrative projections as they arise.
  • Input data into relevant cash flow modeling systems to assist the CEO in case structuring.
  • Perform PA duties as needed to cover for absences.
  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to outline our service offerings.
  • Fulfill additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a financial services administrative capacity.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in case management.
  • Initiative and self-development capabilities through independent research.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in IT applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Information:
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, totaling 35 hours per week.
  • Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, with an additional day off for your birthday if it falls on a working day.
  • Other perks comprise a company pension scheme, two annual staff outings, a private health plan after one year of service, and an annual bonus contingent on business performance.
  • A hybrid working model is available, alternating between office and remote work.
