Client Services Coordinator

Express Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their client's busy service desk as a Client Service Administrator on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be required to provide administrative support and build rapport with external contacts on a daily basis, as well as working closely with engineers to book services and communicate with customers via various channels.

This is a full-time, office-based role that requires a polite and professional telephone manner, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer enquiries and provide timely responses
  • Coordinate scheduled appointments and update customer records
  • Chase paperwork and attendances to ensure efficient processing
  • Liaise with Engineers, external suppliers, and third-party vendors
  • Ensure accurate processing and management of permits
  • Improve customer service experience and build strong client relationships
Required Skills and Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous administrative experience in a similar role
  • Able to build rapport with customers and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Details

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: Competitive hourly rate (c£11.53 per hour D.O.E)

Job Type: Temporary
