Position: Financial Services Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (hybrid working)
Salary: Up to 29k (DOE)

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to support our clients CEO in enhancing case turnaround times and workflow efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with the CEO, Advisers, and Paraplanners to ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting packs and post-meeting letters for the CEO.
  • Compile performance charts for client presentations.
  • Complete fund switches, protection reports, and process applications.
  • Manage LOA information, drawdown reviews, and trust forms.
  • Assist with cashflow modelling and various administrative tasks.
  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in financial services administration.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide holiday/absence coverage as needed.
