About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Harper Recruitment Group team as a Financial Services Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the CEO, Advisers, and Paraplanners to ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Support: Prepare meeting packs and post-meeting letters for the CEO, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Compile performance charts for client presentations, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete fund switches, protection reports, and process applications with precision and attention to detail.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls with new clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with cashflow modelling, holiday/absence coverage, and various other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
