Senior Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will provide advanced business support to our financial planners, working within agreed business objectives to maintain the highest possible ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide research, client valuations, and process new business with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Compile basic suitability reports from structured templates, including fund switches, OEIC to ISA, and client review letters.
  • Prepare research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings.
  • Act as a liaison point for clients and providers, maintaining and updating client information within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Financial Services Administrator position.
  • Good knowledge of processing investments and pensions transfers.
  • Proficiency in Xplan software and AWS Morningstar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships.
  • Proactive and able to multi-task with a high level of organisation.
