Cooks Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Controller to join our team. As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring the smooth operation of our used car sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car sales department, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Sales Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management on sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
