Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Naturally and curiously interact with our customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences.
- Take customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and handover of their purchased vehicle.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and ensure effective use of customer enquiry management systems.
- Adhere to Inchcape sales processes and regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to provide first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
- Effective multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Full EU driving licence.
