Position Overview:

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Technician to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will have a background in a QA technician position, ideally within the food production sector. In this role, you will be essential in guaranteeing the quality and safety of our offerings, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and NCR (Non-Conformance) assessments
  • Perform routine quality and Food Safety inspections
  • Execute microbiological and allergen testing
  • Carry out microbiological product evaluations
  • Implement thorough quality assessments
  • Conduct daily and weekly equipment calibrations
  • Perform monthly audits of glass and plastic materials
  • Facilitate and participate in daily taste evaluations
  • Review production documentation for compliance
  • Handle administrative tasks, document management, and supplier evaluations
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects as necessary
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in QA or manufacturing within a food context is essential
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Preferably holds Food Safety Level 2 certification
  • HACCP training is advantageous
  • Strong administrative skills and proficient in IT
  • Possesses a mindset geared towards continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance
