Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing a targeted communications strategy to engage vital stakeholders:
    • Facilitates the creation of segment-specific narratives, ensuring alignment with significant business milestones.
    • Oversees the development and execution of communication plans aimed at achieving segment-wide business goals.
  • Collaborating across functions to assist segments in fulfilling global communication priorities.
  • Establishing robust, trusted partnerships with Global, Market, and Segment teams.
  • Acting as the liaison and advocate for segments within Global Communications and vice versa.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to Global, Segment, and Market teams.
  • Partnering with the Global Communications Team to enhance the social and digital presence of the segment.
  • Creating internal announcements for personnel changes relevant to Segment Presidents and, when necessary, Managing Director transitions.
  • Supporting the overarching narrative for segment-wide gatherings.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and agencies to produce tailored scripts, creative content, and presentations for key events supporting Segment Presidents.
  • Identifying and showcasing exemplary practices from segments and markets in global communications channels.
