About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Segmentation Lead to join our Product and Ancillary Revenue Team at Eurostar International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer segmentation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to identify and target high-value customer segments
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of customer data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product offerings
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of segmentation strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer segmentation and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of data management and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
