Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Professional to join our team at Pertemps TM. As an Architectural Professional, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to completion, ensuring that all stages are completed on time and within budget.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure that all design elements are cohesive and meet the client's requirements.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that the project is on track to meet its deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to ensure that their needs are met, and that they are informed of any changes or issues that may arise during the project.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of building regulations, design principles, and project management methodologies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, design coordination, and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
