Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Professional to join our team at Pertemps TM. As an Architectural Professional, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to completion, ensuring that all stages are completed on time and within budget.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure that all design elements are cohesive and meet client requirements.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that projects are on track.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to ensure that their needs are met, and that they are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of UK building regulations and be able to apply this knowledge to ensure that projects meet all relevant standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external consultants.
  • Technical Abilities: Possess strong technical skills, with the ability to use software such as Revit and other design tools.
  • Education: Possess a relevant qualification, such as a degree in architecture or a related field.

  • UK Experience: Possess experience working in the UK, with a strong understanding of UK building regulations.
