Senior Architectural Technician

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery stages of projects, working closely with consultants and clients to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Produce working drawing packages
* Liaise with consultants and clients
* Lead and manage technical design projects
* Attend site meetings
* Conduct measured surveys and site inspections
* Utilize excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team and independently
* Possess technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
* Hold a relevant Architectural qualification
