Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our multidisciplinary team at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to service users with learning disabilities, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
About the Role:
As a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while also providing mentorship and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users.
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members.
- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills.
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
