Your Role in Making Health Happen:
- Assume responsibility for the overall well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are fulfilled.
- Mentor and support the team, providing both formal and informal educational programs for colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct assessments and create, implement, and evaluate tailored care plans for each resident.
- Oversee work environments and practices to guarantee safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for leading the unit alongside your clinical responsibilities, which include observation, medication management, reviewing and assessing individual care plans, and providing clinical direction to the care team while continuously delivering best practices.
- Previous experience in maintaining high clinical standards in accordance with policies and regulations is essential.
- You should be confident in offering clinical guidance to care teams, playing a vital role in assisting with all CQC requirements.
- As a trusted team member, you will enjoy building relationships with residents and their families, providing them with the compassion and support they deserve.
