Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Pendean Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit, alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.

- Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
- Confidence in offering clinical guidance to care teams
