Key Responsibilities- Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and observe, record, and report any changes in service user condition.
- NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
- An annual salary of up to £38,700, inclusive of a £1,200 location allowance.
- A £5,000 welcome bonus.
