Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team at Kodland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth through strategic planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and launch Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize acquisition costs.
  • Test and scale new paid channels, including TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and others, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional user acquisition plans and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging promotional materials.
  • Work with product managers to optimize conversion rates across all digital platforms.
  • Test and implement new user engagement funnels and products for promotion.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Facebook Ads skills, with experience in other paid channels a plus.
  • Proven track record of working in global markets and dynamic environments.
  • Strong skills in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
  • Advanced experience with analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Experience managing advertising spending at the hundreds of thousands level.
  • High level of autonomy and initiative.
