Cost Management Specialist

Role Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Cost Management Specialist to become a vital part of our dedicated team. The successful candidate will oversee the financial and contractual elements of construction initiatives, ensuring projects are executed within financial constraints, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a strong background in financial oversight, tender development, and risk assessment, among other essential areas.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with NEC Contracts (A, C, E)
  • Expertise in Risk Management
  • Strong Commercial Insight and Supply Chain Coordination
  • Development and Assessment of internal reporting frameworks
  • Experienced in Quantity Surveying, preferably within construction or utility sectors
  • Familiarity with both pre and post-contract award processes
