Role Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing the unit while performing essential clinical tasks within the facility. Your responsibilities will encompass patient observation, medication administration, assessment and modification of personalized care plans, and providing clinical mentorship to the care team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
You will be accountable for ensuring that all policies and standards align with our high clinical benchmarks, offering guidance to the entire care team, and playing a key role in compliance with regulatory requirements. Building strong relationships with residents and their families will be essential, as you provide the compassion and support they deserve.
Your Contributions to Health
- Assuming responsibility for the overall well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Mentoring and guiding the team, delivering both formal and informal training programs for colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Conducting assessments and developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized care plans for each resident.
