Role Overview
As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will oversee accounts receivable, manage cashbooks, and analyze daily employee expenditures. You will also provide assistance with accounts payable and subsidiary transactions during peak periods.
Your Responsibilities
Step into a crucial position where you will be the backbone of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include extracting and preparing monthly billing data, processing invoices and credit notes using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and managing credit requests and reconciliations. You will package and distribute invoices while actively enhancing cash collection through communication efforts.
Your contributions will aid in minimizing overdue debts and maintaining our debtors' ledger through monthly reconciliations and aged debt reporting. You will also handle cash postings and inquiries for subsidiaries, reconcile bank accounts daily, and analyze employee expenditures. Producing insightful financial reports, collaborating with the Finance team, updating creditor contact lists, and documenting processes will keep you engaged.
About You
- Experience in managing sales ledgers, including following up on outstanding invoices, processing receipts, and performing reconciliations.
- Proficient in using Word, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or similar accounting software), and Excel, with some knowledge of macros.
- Highly numerate, capable of regular reconciliations, and able to meet monthly deadlines while supporting team targets.
