We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Business Partner to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
About the RoleAs a Financial Planning Business Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with our CFO and Heads of Finance to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies. You will also build strong relationships with senior managers and their teams to provide financial insights and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy
- Build strong relationships with senior managers and their teams to provide financial support and guidance
- Lead the month-end reporting process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and review the monthly Board report to ensure it is accurate and complete
- Develop and maintain the rolling 3-year plan to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
- Provide analysis and commentary for interim and full-year Plc results
