Join Our Team as a Financial Planning Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Business Partner to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior managers and their teams, providing financial insights to inform commercial decisions, and leading the month-end reporting process. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing the monthly Board report, drafting the monthly corporate reporting narrative, and leading the budget, forecast, and 3-year plan processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with senior managers and their teams to provide financial insights and analysis
  • Lead the month-end reporting process to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and review the monthly Board report
  • Draft the monthly corporate reporting narrative
  • Lead the budget, forecast, and 3-year plan processes
  • Review and enhance the existing financial model
  • Provide analysis and commentary for interim and full-year Plc results
