TROSTAN DENE is a leading manufacturing business with a state-of-the-art facility, operating across 30 countries and boasting a turnover of around 10 million. With plans for global expansion, the company is seeking a full-time Project and Finance Assistant to support their ongoing growth.

Job Summary

The Project and Finance Assistant will sit within the Project Management Team, working closely with 3 Project Managers to ensure the smooth administration of projects. This includes booking equipment, arranging travel and accommodation, coordinating project documents, and providing general administration support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day administration support to the Project Management Team, including booking equipment and arranging travel and accommodation.
  2. Coordinate project documents, including ensuring all costs are inputted correctly to provide a real-time view of project finances.
  3. Work closely with the Finance Manager and Operations Manager to ensure all financial and operational aspects of projects are accurately recorded and reported.
  4. Provide additional ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager and Operations Manager as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of financial and operational processes is essential, as is the ability to work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
