Office Administrator - Rotas
To work alongside Operations coordinator when required.
Complete rotas to a high standard ensuring they are always person centered in line with commissioned support requirements.
Highlight any issues with the rotas with managers i.e., staff low on hours, service users over hours, or more staff needing to be recruited and what areas are required.
Attend team meetings as required.
Act to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, service specific policies and procedures. For example ensuring 2:1 staffing is in place if support is moving and handling and commissioned at 2:1.
Ensure that unallocated shifts are covered in time scales agreed.
Ensure that the (Rota) system is updated and accurate with information.
To deal with all rota queries, amendments and compliments / complaints from service users and staff as they happen.
Ensure that all rotas are distributed accordingly.
Ensure that all aspects of the GDPR are adhered to and in line with the company’s confidentiality Policy.
To ensure that all voids are covered and where this is not possible to inform a manager.
Build positive relationships with other professionals, service users and families.
To ensure that staff and service users are informed of any changes to the rota in a timely manner.
To log and keep appropriate records on the electronic rota system.
To carry out other tasks that relate to office administration eg answering the telephone passing messages and transferring calls.
**Salary**: £11.75 per hour

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
