Office Administrator - Care
To work alongside staff within the office to provide administration support 9-5 Monday to Friday and alternate weekends 9-5 with two days off in the week.
To carry out tasks that relate to office administration eg answering the telephone passing messages and transferring calls.
To support staff with any administrative requirements.
Act to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, service specific policies and procedures. For example ensuring 2:1 staffing is in place if support is moving and handling and commissioned at 2:1.
Ensure that the systems are updated where required and accurate with information and to deal with all queries, amendments and compliments / complaints from service users and staff as they happen through an administrative role.
Ensure that all aspects of GDPR are adhered to and in line with the company’s confidentiality Policy.
Build positive relationships with other professionals, service users and families through good communication and service delivery.
To ensure that staff and service users are informed of any changes in a timely manner.
To log and keep appropriate records on the electronic systems.
To assist with auditing and reviewing information and ensuring the service delivery meets the needs of internal and external customers.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.75 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
