Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Policy Adviser to deliver a tunnelling project in the beautiful region of Snowdonia, North Wales.

The project will significantly enhance the visual impact of the area, burying a network of overhead cables and removing several pylons to restore and protect the natural beauty, wildlife and environmental heritage of this precious landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advise and support project resources on HR and employee relations matters.
  2. Champion Equality, Diversity and Respect on the project.
  3. Manage a wide variety of HR related issues.
  4. Build strong credible relationships with managers and act as a mentor when advising on all people issues, plans and strategies.
Requirements

You should be qualified to at least a Level 3 CIPD qualification and have a proven track record in managing HR related issues.
