Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be available to start within the next three weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of an impactful HR Business Partner service to the business through the delivery of HR-led initiatives and projects that meet customer needs.
  • Drive the achievement of commercial business objectives by ensuring actions are aligned with policies and cultural values.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP team and key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to overcome obstacles to ensure the delivery of initiatives remains on track.
  • Work with Learning and Development to identify, develop, and implement learning strategies and programs to complement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and emotionally resilient.
  • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
