About the Role

Rettie and Co. is seeking a skilled Rural Property Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Rural Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide administrative support to ensure an exceptional standard of customer service is provided to all potential and actual customers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Service Promotion: Promote our services across the Rettie group to generate valuations for our own and other teams.
  • Enquiry Management: Be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries, qualifying customer requirements in detail and recording this information accurately.
  • Viewings and Valuations: Arrange viewings and valuations as required.
  • Data Management: Record accurate and detailed customer information to build a database of future potential sellers and buyers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize sales database functionality and reporting features to analyze customer data and identify trends.
Requirements
  • Driving Licence: Possess a valid driving licence.
  • IT Literacy: Be fully IT literate and proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as data analysis and negotiation skills.
