Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Night Shifts Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's top-rated care home in AstonunderLyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with excellent pay and a chance to truly make a difference in the lives of our residents.

About Our Client:

Our client's care home is a benchmark in quality care, designed to create a nurturing and comfortable environment for residents. The home is divided into three specialized units, each tailored to meet different needs. Residents enjoy communal lounges, dining rooms, patios, a hair salon, and a sensory and herb garden. The home also features a Hub for dining and events, along with bariatric facilities. A dedicated Activities Team provides a dynamic program that engages and stimulates residents through both group activities and personalized one-on-one sessions.

Your Role as a Staff Nurse:

  • Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
  • Monitor patient progress, ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic person-centered care.
  • Provide emotional support and clear communication to residents and their families.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols.
  • Lead and participate in care planning and risk assessment to enhance resident care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Qualification: Essential for this role.
  • Valid UK NMC Pin: Your registration must be current.
  • Experience in a Care Environment: Desirable but not essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: To effectively support residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to Quality Care: A passion for delivering compassionate patient-centered care.
