About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain Management Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health Group Limited. As a Pain Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with complex physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans to ensure effective pain management and timely discharge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, nurses, and wellbeing practitioners, to deliver a biopsychosocial model of care.
  • Provide safe, effective, and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in pain management or a related field.
  • Significant experience in pain management, preferably in a multidisciplinary team setting.
