Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Security and Maintenance Officer with a valid SIA License to perform essential security cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Working Hours: The position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled according to the site rota. Typical working days are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is £12.45.
Physical fitness is essential due to the extensive walking involved in this position.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Perform maintenance tasks as required.
- Manage CCTV control room operations.
- Conduct internal and external cleaning duties.
- Maintain high vigilance to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with Centre Management.
- Welcome and assist staff and clients.
- Provide front reception customer service.
- Manage access and egress in the car park, with comprehensive knowledge of parking systems.
- Understand and implement health and safety protocols.
- Patrol internal and external premises.
- Exhibit strong report writing capabilities.
- Full uniform will be provided.
- Punctuality and the ability to think critically are essential.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current and appropriate SIA License (Door Supervision or Security Guarding).
- First aid certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong observational skills.
- Solid understanding of security functions and requirements.
- Five-year checkable employment history.
- Experience in handling emergency situations.
- CCTV experience is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- 1 year of security experience (preferred).
- Experience in a shopping centre environment (preferred).
Licenses/Certifications:
- SIA license (mandatory).
- CCTV license (preferred).
- First aid certification (mandatory).
