Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Zoho System Implementation Expert include:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a recruitment function with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple vacancies.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems, preferably Zoho-recruit.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, including advertising platforms and direct recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
