Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst to join our team at La Fosse Associates Limited. As a key member of our implementation portfolio, you will be responsible for leading all areas of calculation activity and data analysis, ensuring the successful delivery of our implementation projects.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Leeds. You will work closely with system and process experts across the business to ensure process efficiency and automation of scheme calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data and pension technical requirement workstreams of new business onboarding projects
  • Produce, maintain, and monitor delivery plans and processes to successfully implement or transfer business across the firm
  • Conduct data audit and mapping analysis on all new business and bulk transfer activity
  • Work closely with system and process experts to ensure process efficiency and automation of scheme calculations
  • Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement in the onboarding process, leading to improvements in administration functionality
  • Ensure risk management principles, information security, and data policies are adhered to when delivering projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of occupational pension schemes, including administration and the interpretation and application of scheme rules
  • Proven experience of pensions calculations in administration
  • Experience of delivering projects and change to a pensions business
  • Stakeholder management experience from C-Suite level down to deliver change
  • Knowledge of pensions systems and administration methodology
