About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales desks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input sales data into our IT system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels and resolve related queries in a timely manner
  • Build professional relationships with customers and depots through effective communication
  • Utilize advanced skills in Excel and Word to analyze data and create reports
  • Previous office experience and strong IT skills are essential for this role
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a multitasking team
  • Experience with spreadsheets, preferably Excel
