Wales, United Kingdom The Army Full time

Embark on a journey of skill development and personal growth with The Army.

As a member of the Army, you will join a dedicated organization focused on helping you reach your full potential.

During your training to become a soldier, you will have the chance to earn recognized apprenticeships while receiving a competitive salary starting at approximately £15,900 during Basic Training, which will rise to around £20,400 after completing your initial training.

This is your chance to challenge yourself.

As one of the largest providers of apprenticeships in the UK, we offer a variety of programs in numerous fields, including:

  • Plumbing
  • Bricklaying
  • Carpentry
  • Culinary Arts
  • Driving
  • Business Administration
  • Information and Communication Technology
  • Engineering

Your apprenticeship will be designed to complement your military training. Alongside your development as a soldier, you will work towards a qualification that is valued by employers outside of the Army.

In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, such as:

  • 38 days of paid leave
  • Subsidized meals and accommodation
  • Access to gym and sports facilities
  • Complimentary medical and dental care

Our apprentices continually grow and evolve. By becoming one of them, you will have the opportunity to travel, gain new qualifications, and build lasting friendships.

Every new experience will equip you with essential skills and connect you with a supportive community.

Are you ready to demonstrate your capabilities? We are looking for individuals with potential. Discover where you belong.
