Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the operational landscape for restaurants. Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, you will identify, engage, and onboard new restaurant partners within your designated area. By comprehensively understanding their specific challenges, you will tailor solutions that drive their success. Your enthusiasm and sales acumen will be crucial in establishing the Clear Ventures brand in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential restaurant clients and oversee the complete sales process from initial outreach to final agreement.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customize solutions to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that commitments made during the sales process are fulfilled during implementation.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage all sales activities effectively.
  • Analyze the competitive environment to strategically position Clear Ventures in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, restaurant management, or a related field.
  • Must possess reliable transportation for fieldwork (mileage reimbursement available).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team setting.
  • Self-driven, innovative, and adaptable.
  • General proficiency with software applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license.
