We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team at AWTB. As a key member of our travel team, you will play a crucial role in building itineraries, crafting emails, and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support in writing emails to clients to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
- Research and recommend destinations, culinary experiences, and activities that meet our clients' needs and preferences.
- Correspond with suppliers to coordinate customized travel arrangements that exceed our clients' expectations.
- Manage and update client travel documents and invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with our team to complete all functions related to servicing the travel needs of our clients, including ticket/itinerary processing, clerical functions, and travel credits.
Requirements:
- A dedicated home work environment, including a computer, cell phone, high-speed internet, and minimal distractions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business.
- Related travel experience and industry knowledge.
- A passion for travel and a desire to inspire others to make their travel dreams come true.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
