About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPR Integration Project Manager to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our EPR Programme team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our EPR integration project, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EPR interface strategies to support the Trust's clinical and corporate needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Trust on EPR integration and interface matters.
  • Lead and manage a team of integration analysts to ensure timely and effective delivery of EPR integration projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize EPR integration requirements.
  • Develop and maintain EPR integration documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to Trust staff on EPR integration and interface matters.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EPR integration and interface management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EPR systems and integration standards, including HL7, XML, and SOAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong focus on delivery and quality.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as PRINCE II or Agile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
