Reservations Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Coordinator to join our team at a 4-star hotel in London. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring smooth operations and maximum occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met
  • Deal with special requests and preferences
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of reservations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to excel in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
