Reservations Coordinator Role

The Goring Hotel is seeking a skilled Reservations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for processing reservations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Collaborate with Front of House teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Utilize Opera system to manage bookings and guest information
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest issues
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel Front Office or Reservations environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
  • Opera system experience
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
